Our custom orders provide a tailored solution for those who are looking for a unique piece/gift. We will collaborate with you to create a personalized item that meets your specific needs and preferences. Don't hesitate to contact us to get started!
Quotation
Once an agreed artwork has been made then a quotation for the production of the item(s) and delivery will be emailed.
Contract & Deposit
Upon agreement to the quotation a contract of service will be email and upon agreement a 50% non refundable deposit will be requested
Completion & Shipping
Final payment will need to be made prior shipping the item(s).
Shipment & Processing lead times
The lead time is for your guidance & can be subject to change
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For large orders the lead time may be extended. You can email before purchase to obtain a estimation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. Unless by prior arrangement
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nick.knight.arts@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
Return and Refund Policy?
We accept returns. You can return items purchased from us within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
Product must be returned in its original packaging.
Product is not used or damaged.
If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return & Refund Process
If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.

We will contact you via email if we have any questions or concerns regarding your Return & Refund request.
Shipping the goods back
Please ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Return address will be supplied upon authorisation of the return.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 5 days of processing your return.
